As our business has progressed, so has our range of products & services. Starting out as suppliers of fixing and fastening solutions to the building and industrial sectors, we now stock and supply a vast range of goods produced by the industry’s best manufacturers, including the likes of CADDY, SORMAT, LOBO, ALPEN, Acton, Abrabeta, BEARGRIP, INOXMARE. We liberally reinvest in inventory, adding only the highest quality, competitively priced fasteners and related products. We can provide a solution to any connection need and offer complete after-sales support and service.

For Ets. Moujaes it is crucial to understand what our customers expect from us and from our products. For this reason, we are in the process of launching the CRM customer management system, as part of an improvement initiative in sales. We will track our customers’ expectations, analyse them, measure customer satisfaction trends and compare them to competition and provide solutions & action plans.

This initiative will help us evaluate market information, improve internal processes and increase transparency at the same time.
